Interventional Radiologist

| The department seeks a dedicated, full time interventional radiologist to cover several key UPMC academic and community hospitals. The dept. has a leading PACS system in place, and offers state-of-the-art IR labs and equipment. The chosen candidate will have the oppty to perform the full gamut of vascular and non-vascular interventional procedures. Applicants must be board-certified in radiology, fellowship trained in IR, and eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania. The position offers an excellent salary and comprehensive benefits package. Research Associate

The University of Pittsburgh Department of Radiology is recruiting for a Research Associate outside of the tenure stream. The candidate should have an MD and/or PhD in a relevant discipline, previous research experience desired. Position will be 100% research under the direction of the principal investigator. Job responsibilities include working in the areas of medical image analysis and computer information system development. Other responsibilities include the evaluation of medical images, performance of quantitative image analysis, and preparation and submission of manuscripts for publication and abstracts for conference presentations.
